All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise, and polite manner.

All relevant reference material and requirements should be provided before any work begins or payment is submitted.

Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request.

Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or canceled.

Commission must be paid fully upon receiving a sketch.

Payment accepted in USD or PHP only.

Payment will be requested only via Paypal or GCash.

Client and the artist will discuss regarding the details of the commission which are typically the pose of the character, color scheme, and desired art style. Artist will then sketch out a draft of the artwork where client is encouraged to make comments for example adding certain details, revision of the face, etc. Once approving a sketch, the artist will then proceed with the coloring, rendering, cleanup of the artwork artist will notify the client of any updates regarding their commissions to ensure communication. Once the artist deemed the artwork complete the artist will send the client the artwork that is high quality and in full resolution.

All updates of the commission from sketch to final will be watermarked for the artist’s safety and complete author of artwork.

Commissions are generally expected to take 2-7 days from full payment to complete.

If there are any circumstances that delay commission completion, the client will be informed.

The subject of the commission cannot be changed after payment has been submitted.

A maximum of 2 revisions are given during the sketch stage free of charge.

No revisions will be made once the commission is considered complete.

The artist has the right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount at any time.

If artist cannot complete the commission due to external matters and personal matters they will refund client's payment 100%

If the client ceases contact for over 3 weeks, the commission will be considered concluded and no refunds will be issued.

Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting. All rights that may have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be retracted and appropriate legal action may be taken.

Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work.

Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist.

The artist reserves full rights to the work produced.

All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial use licenses can be provided for additional fees and negotiation.

Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used for the purposes of making or promoting monetized content by anyone but the original artist.
